At Magicasa we believe that our clients should
enjoy their house and leave all their property management tasks
to us. Through personal agreements with individual clients we can
provide a complete series of exclusive services so that your house
can 'live' as though you were living in it all year round.

Rental management
- in the periods when you are not using the house we can take care of
renting arrangements in accordance with your wishes, from the reception
of guests to the final inventory check at the end of their stay, ensuring
an economic return on your investment;

Airing - we will visit your house periodically,
to open windows and doors to allow the sun
|
|
Conservation - checking
the house and that all household appliances are functioning properly;
|
|
Cleaning - we will periodically
clean the house, from dusting, to dry cleaning curtains to washing the
floors;

Preparation of the house for your
arrival - tell us your arrival date and we will prepare your welcome
with everything functioning perfectly, even restocking fuel and heating
the house;

Gardening - if your house
is blessed with a garden or land we have specialists who can undertake
general maintenance or particular care of the flowers, fruit and vegetables;

Everyday maintenance
- we take care of all those small problems that could arise during the
course of the year (e.g. painting, small repairs etc) even refilling
and/or draining your swimming pool;

Payment of bills - we can
calculate and pay on your behalf annual taxes and utility bills (electricity,
water, gas, telephone etc);

Suggestions - we can recommend
quality local businesses according to your requirements;

Quality control - Magicasa
will give you written documentation regarding all the services you have
requested for your house. You will always be informed about the execution
and progress of any works and/or services taking plac;
