Restoration service
If you choose to buy a property in need of restoration or simply adaptation to your personal taste and you cannot or choose not to be present whilst the work is taking place, Magicasa can set your mind at rest by also overseeing the restoration. We do not do the work ourselves, but through the use of carefully selected, qualified specialised firms who can carry out any type of work from simple painting to replacing a roof or construction of a swimming pool. Magicasa will be your 'eyes in Italy' and could for example take care of:

• Contacting technicians and specialised firms to prepare projects, estimates of expenditure and delivery of work from your requests;

• Checking (in person when necessary) the professionals and communicating your wishes to them;

• Periodically making enquiries and gathering information on the work in progress, including photos for major projects;

• Continually checking that the work is being done by competent personnel with the aid of the correct tools and equipment;

• Checking that all materials and equipment used meet the specifications in the estimate;

• Checking compliance with the laws on quality and safety both of materials and workmanship;

• Checking the aesthetics and quality of the work requested and its delivery;

• Collecting and checking certificates of conformity with the law etc.
